Description

• Administer Anaplan’s GTM Incentive Compensation program. • Work with GTM Operations teams to gather and interpret data. • Validate data sets for accuracy and consistency. • Coordinate with teams to resolve issues. • Assist with administration of MBOs and related programs. • Provide training to Field personnel on Compensation processes. • Contribute to process improvements in Compensation program.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in GTM incentive compensation, sales strategy & operations, and/or consulting. • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Incentive Compensation Management tools. • Basic understanding of the end-to-end GTM Incentive Compensation process flow in a Saas/Subscription environment, including quota setting, coverage assignments, transaction crediting, incentive calculations, and payments. • Robust analytical skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts), and proficiency in working with/interpreting large sets of data. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong, collaborative relationships. • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptionally motivated and driven, with the ability to multitask. • Experience working with the Anaplan Platform is ideal.
