Description

β€’ Work with multiple partners inside People Team, e.g. Centers of Excellence team members, and HR Business Partners. β€’ When necessary, liaise with external partners and occasionally business leaders directly in answering questions. β€’ Answer various People Team inquiries and issues, offering support to all employees and levels of management in the organization. β€’ Provide intake around employee issues. β€’ Provide daily support to HRBPs for internal client needs, projects, processes, trainings, etc. β€’ Input and handle accurate employee data in Workday and other People systems including new hire entry, terminations, and other various data changes. β€’ Learn and maintain detailed operating knowledge of processes, systems, and services offered by People Team. β€’ Help craft and facilitate documentation needed to maintain Personnel files. β€’ Support compliance with regulatory requirements and audit sample selection/validation. β€’ Operate with integrity, respect, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility. β€’ Perform any other functions as required by management.

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years in HR/People Operations-related roles, ideally with global teams. β€’ Independent self-starter, with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs. β€’ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. β€’ Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet target dates, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees at all levels. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Experience with HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc) preferred. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
