• The Director, International Marketing plays a pivotal role in ABH's brand growth internationally • Elevate our brand's go-to-market strategy and programs • Drive newness and core support with international partners • Develop and maintain an international marketing calendar for all activations • Recommend and set international pricing structures • Lead international team in creating comprehensive marketing strategies • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges • Collaborate across departments to execute new launches • Source, review, and execute international review programs • Partner with Global Marketing team to communicate and execute strategies
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, partnership marketing, and/or brand marketing within a brand or agency setting • Deep understanding of the global beauty scene, especially in makeup • Skill in converting founders' vision into insights and actionable plans • Profound insights into retail marketing, social media, influencer, and wider media landscapes • Demonstrable experience with retail and in-store marketing techniques • Record of effective collaboration with international teams • Expertise in analyzing complex issues and formulating relevant, actionable plans • Excellent verbal and written skills • Proven ability to lead and foster cross-functional team dynamics • Aptitude for integrating data-informed insights into strategic planning • Proficiency in thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments • Strong problem-solving skills complemented by exceptional research abilities • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
