Description

• Advise on new and existing products and services in digital assets. • Conduct legal research and analyze regulatory policies. • Provide strategic advice for product launches across the organization. • Identify and interpret relevant banking, financial, and digital asset regulations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business and legal needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of law firm or in-house experience counseling financial services, technology, or digital asset-related clients. • Highly organized with a bias for action, meticulous attention to detail and ability to produce quality work in a fast paced, high volume work environment. • Understanding of the regulatory frameworks, existing and proposed, that pertain to various digital assets business models. • Ability to analyze areas of law, quickly and comprehensively understand the applicable laws, regulations, and guidance (including finding the most current and applicable versions of those laws and regulations), and synthesize research into concise reports or memoranda. • Ability to apply traditional financial legal concepts to the digital asset space to solution for institutional clients’ complex business needs. • Experience working in a face paced start up / early stage company - highly motivated, self starter who takes initiative, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on any task (nothing is too big or too small) • Ability to think creatively and propose commercial and pragmatic solutions. • Active membership in a state bar.
