Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the medical staffing industry. β€’ Established network of potential clients within healthcare facilities. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred). β€’ Strong negotiation and closing skills. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the medical staffing industry. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills.
