Requirements

• Educational and Experience Background: A Bachelor's degree or at least 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience. A High School Diploma or GED is also required. • Sales Drive: A strong motivation to surpass sales goals, with a passion for excellence and a results-driven mindset. • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly, engage in active listening, and communicate confidently. • Team Contribution: A commitment to improving and contributing to team success, understanding the value of feedback and continuous personal growth. • Competitive Mindset: A natural inclination towards competitiveness, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment and continuously striving to be the best. • Operational Skills: Proficiency in multi-tasking and working independently with strong attention to detail. • Technical Requirements: Ability to use a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day and all company-provided equipment, including a webcam, for team communications. • Compliance: Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
