• Angi is looking for a Benefits Program Manager to join the Human Resources Operations team. • The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, administration, and optimization of employee benefits programs. • Combining strategic planning and operational expertise, this role oversees the delivery of benefits solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. • The Benefits Program Manager works closely with internal teams and vendors to align benefits programs with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 7-9 years of experience in benefits administration, with expertise in program management and implementation. • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, voluntary benefits). • In-depth knowledge of benefits-related compliance (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, ERISA) and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, including the use of Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP), and benefits administration platforms (e.g., BSwift). • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset, capable of supporting and educating employees on their benefits options. • High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
