🎯 Requirements

• You have 1-4 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to extract insights from both qualitative and quantitative data. • You are a hypothesis-driven thinker with a passion for experimentation. • You are a doer and a builder - while you like working with data, you’re also excited to design and ship optimizations based on what you learned! • You have a strong understanding or interest in user experience principles and a keen interest in working closely with our product partners. • You have excellent communication skills and can effectively present findings to diverse audiences. • You are highly detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong project management skills. • You are a collaborative team player and can work effectively with cross-functional teams. • You are eager to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment. • You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Looker. Experience with SQL is a plus.
