• Ensure the success of Anitox solutions in the global poultry market. • Work with the Anitox technical, sales, marketing, R&D and logistics teams. • Shape the product offering and user experience by setting the product vision and strategy. • Manage the annual marketing planning process for assigned product portfolio. • Develop global integrated marketing campaign strategies for assigned product portfolio. • Perform competitive channel and pricing analyses to develop optimal global pricing strategies. • Cultivate and maintain clear understanding of customer needs, globally. • Provide ongoing GPDS process support by participating in peer and functional reviews.
• DVM or Poultry/Animal Science Degree. • Master’s or Ph.D. in Poultry/Animal Science/Nutrition/Production or Veterinary Medicine will be a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role within the animal health and nutrition industry, with a focus on monogastrics. • Experience in international markets preferred. • Good knowledge of live animal production methods and processes, poultry nutrition and feed sanitization. • The ability and willingness to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, and to work in cross-functional teams to achieve customer and product objectives. • Well organized and an effective planner in use of resources, while demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness as market needs dictate. • Excellent people and communication skills. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Fluent in English (writing and speaking). • Additional language skills will be an advantage. • Strong analytical skills in applied research and proficient in project management. • Computer literate especially in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications among others. • A self-starter with significant drive.
