Description

• Lead global poultry initiatives and public face of Anitox poultry science. • Provide global technical leadership to Anitox accounts and prospects. • Train and mentor regional field technical and sales colleagues on poultry topics. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations at key prospect/customer meetings. • Maintain technical dashboard in Salesforce. • Develop and maintain key customer relationships and participate in industry events.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in monogastric nutrition or related discipline or a DVM with emphasis in poultry nutrition. • 10+ years of experience in the animal agriculture/animal health industry. • In-depth practical knowledge of the poultry feed industry and its key influencers. • Demonstrated success in a technical service role introducing new products and concepts to targeted customer and/or markets in conjunction with sales and marketing. • Excellent people skills with ability and willingness to provide exceptional customer service. • Ability to recognize sales opportunities and determine appropriate action. • Experience in marketing concepts and applications, and implementation of technical service market plans. • Ability to work in cross-functional teams. • Well organized and effective planner. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Additional language skills will be an advantage. • Self-motivated to accomplish business and personal objectives. • Strong analytical skills in applied research. • Computer proficiency in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications.
