• Collaborate on creating business strategy for clinical trials • Lead clinical trial business strategy and solution design • Develop team capabilities in clinical trials and operational management • Build relationships with stakeholders and lead project design and execution
Requirements
• 10 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Project leadership and coordination including time, budget, and risk management • Clinical trial recruitment and operations expertise • Sponsor, vendor, and site management experience • Leadership of cross functional teams • Self-starter able to solve complicated problems and navigate system-level barriers • Business and financial acumen • Master’s degree, MBA, or applicable experience preferred
