β’ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience β’ 10-15 years of progressive sales management or partner management experience β’ Experience building and managing partners, alliances and channels programs β’ Strong ability to interact with and influence C-level executives and team members β’ Demonstrable track record of success in strategic planning, owning sales targets and managing sales forecast β’ Proven leadership at the VP or Senior Director level in MSP partner leadership, preferably within a high-growth services, technical support company. β’ Deep understanding of the enterprise software/services landscape, particularly within the MSP partner ecosystems. β’ Ability to collaborate across functions and lead a high-performance team. β’ Experience with diverse customer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and new business growth, including partner acquisition. β’ Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams. β’ Expertise in top-of-funnel and net new lead generation, especially in mid-market and enterprise accounts. β’ Established executive relationships within national and regional partner communities. β’ Proficient in Salesforce and GTM technology stacks. β’ Strong track record in operational excellence, driving productivity and ROl. β’ Experience in building and scaling partner bases, with a focus and scaling partner bases, with a focus on new market penetration. β’ Understanding of distribution methodologies and partnership development for scaling and market entry. β’ Experience attracting and building high-performance teams in collaboration with HR.
