• Develop and execute a global strategy for expanding and engaging our MSP partner networks. • Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with MSP partners, acting as a strategic advisor. • Collaborate with MSP Program leaders to implement MSP partner programs. • Lead and inspire a global team of MSP partner managers and enablement professionals. • Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics for the MSP and MSSP partner programs. • Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment on partner strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience • 10-15 years of progressive sales management or partner management experience • Experience building and managing partners, alliances and channels programs • Strong ability to interact with and influence C-level executives and team members • Demonstrable track record of success in strategic planning, owning sales targets and managing sales forecast • Proven leadership at the VP or Senior Director level in MSP partner leadership, preferably within a high-growth services, technical support company. • Deep understanding of the enterprise software/services landscape, particularly within the MSP partner ecosystems. • Ability to collaborate across functions and lead a high-performance team. • Experience with diverse customer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and new business growth, including partner acquisition. • Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams. • Expertise in top-of-funnel and net new lead generation, especially in mid-market and enterprise accounts. • Established executive relationships within national and regional partner communities. • Proficient in Salesforce and GTM technology stacks. • Strong track record in operational excellence, driving productivity and ROl. • Experience in building and scaling partner bases, with a focus and scaling partner bases, with a focus on new market penetration. • Understanding of distribution methodologies and partnership development for scaling and market entry. • Experience attracting and building high-performance teams in collaboration with HR.
