Description

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications team, providing direction, coaching, and mentoring. • Develop and execute strategic plans for the enterprise applications portfolio, aligning with business objectives and technology strategy. • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of enterprise applications. • Oversee the administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems. • Manage vendor relationships and service agreements to ensure high-quality support and performance. • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's data warehouse. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for reporting and analytics. • Develop and implement reporting solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders. • Design and implement custom integrations between enterprise applications and other systems. • Ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and maintainable. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. • Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise application projects on time and within budget. • Coordinate with business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise applications, data warehousing, and integrations. • Implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise applications management, with a focus on Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp. • Strong background in data warehousing, including design, development, and maintenance. • Proven experience with custom integrations and reporting solutions. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Certifications in Salesforce, Workday, and/or Intapp preferred. • Experience with cloud-based data warehouse solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) preferred. • Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) preferred. • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices preferred.
