• Responsible for managing and leading multiple research and insights engagements • Act as a thought partner to junior to mid-level clients • Develop questionnaire, manage internal and external project members, data collection and reporting • Translate data into learnings and strategic recommendations • Mentor, coach, and delegate work to associates and senior associates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or Statistics • Minimum of 4 years of experience in market research, with a proven track-record of managing multiple end-to-end research projects • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams • Proficiency in market research software and tools
