Description

•US Remote (US East Coast Hours are required) •Lead and execute the development of oral and sublingual formulations for peptides and other small molecules. •Design and optimize formulations to improve drug stability, efficacy, and delivery. •Review and interpret scientific literature to identify new approaches and innovative formulation strategies. •Conduct formulation testing, stability studies, and analytical method development to support product development. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process development, analytical, and manufacturing to ensure smooth project progression. •Document and present formulation development findings and progress reports to stakeholders. •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, advancements, and best practices in the field of formulation science.

Requirements

•~8 years of experience in oral formulation development, with specific expertise in sublingual formulation. •Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. •Experience working with peptides is highly desirable. •Proven ability to analyze and interpret scientific papers and apply findings to new formulation strategies. •Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking in formulation design and development. •Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory requirements is a plus. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
