Description

• Lead the Rising Scholars Network to support incarcerated and formerly incarcerated students • Provide technical assistance to community college practitioners and partners • Attend and participate in meetings with community colleges and partners • Develop and deliver dynamic presentations and professional development • Collaborate with the Rising Scholars Network leadership team • Manage Rising Scholars Network operations and support organizational development

Requirements

• Familiarity with the community college system and postsecondary pathways or interventions that support student success • Knowledge and substantial experience working with incarcerated populations, education, and workforce development partners • In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated success in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion principles • Quantitative and qualitative research, statistical, and analytical skills
