β’ Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the BPO industry or related B2B services. β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. β’ Positive and energetic attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. β’ Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
