β€’ Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with people and driving business growth? β€’ Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your efforts are recognized and rewarded? β€’ As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our growth strategy, responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients. β€’ Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by setting up appointments and closing business deals that align with our clients' needs and objectives. β€’ Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, social platforms, emails, and networking events. β€’ Listen attentively to clients' needs and challenges, understanding their requirements to tailor the most suitable BPO solution that supports their long-term vision. β€’ Present and articulate the value proposition of our services with enthusiasm and professionalism. β€’ Schedule and conduct appointments with key decision-makers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. β€’ Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery to clients. β€’ Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the company. β€’ Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to position us as an industry leader. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the BPO industry or related B2B services. β€’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. β€’ Positive and energetic attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. β€’ Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
