Description
• Assist potential customers with personal insurance needs via telephone and email • Quote and sell various insurance policies to potential customers • Use company sales system to manage leads, tasks, and quoting • Evaluate risk to accurately quote and recommend insurance carrier • Build and maintain relationship with provided lead sources • Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company goals
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License • Sales Experience • Organization and time management • Team oriented • Flexible with changing priorities • Ability to listen to and consider the views and opinions of others • Encourage open communication, cooperation, and knowledge sharing • Oral and written communication skills • Problem solving • Working Independently
