📋 Description

• Responsible for leading development and execution of marketing activities and messaging for Structures, Fluids and 3D Design products • Manage a team of product marketing managers to guide content strategy and marketing assets • Lead development of product messaging and sales enablement content • Develop campaigns that drive new business and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities • Execute on bi-annual product launches and demand generation activities • Reports on marketing and sales engagement to measure success against goals • Partner with corporate marketing to enhance business activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years leading a team of diverse and talented individuals in a marketing capacity • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field • Strong working knowledge of simulation-based engineering • Broad functional expertise across several marketing competencies (Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing) • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects while guiding and executing on global technology-led marketing initiatives • Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed organization • Masters or other advanced degree in Marketing or Engineering with previous experience in product marketing (preferred) • Working knowledge of several areas of Marketing including Field, Digital, Social, ABM (preferred)
