Description

•Support Anthology’s global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries •Prepare and process payroll for Anthology’s employees globally, ensuring compliance with regulations •Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for payroll processing •Assist in payroll integration during mergers and acquisitions •Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals •Partner with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other functional areas •Support payroll activities for expansion into new international locations •Develop and monitor internal controls for accurate financial reporting •Manage relationships with payroll vendors •Oversee year-end processes

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience •At least 7 years of experience in payroll •At least 3 years of experience in global payroll operations •Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach •Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management •Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) •Fluency in written and spoken English •Proven experience with UKG payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) •Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech Republic, and the US •CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification •Proficiency in a second language
