Description

• Own the payroll process for all entities managed by the US Talent team • Manage payroll processes and functions • Serve as the SME on payroll • Lead payroll projects and contribute to cross functional initiatives • Troubleshoot and resolve multi-state tax issues • Collect, analyze, and prepare payroll reports and related documentation • Train junior staff on payroll processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5-7 years' experience of related human resources or payroll administration • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and tax laws and regulations • Experience using payroll software and other technology tools • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Robust project management skills • Effective communication skills • Meticulous attention-to-detail
