β’ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume sales recruitment. β’ Experience in designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows. β’ Proficiency in building metrics-driven recruiting operations and tracking systems. β’ Experience developing standardized interview processes and evaluation frameworks. β’ Created and executed efficient, inclusive sourcing strategies for sales roles. β’ Commitment to implementing equitable hiring practices. β’ Excellent project management skills with ability to handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality. β’ Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently.
