Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume sales recruitment. β€’ Experience in designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows. β€’ Proficiency in building metrics-driven recruiting operations and tracking systems. β€’ Experience developing standardized interview processes and evaluation frameworks. β€’ Created and executed efficient, inclusive sourcing strategies for sales roles. β€’ Commitment to implementing equitable hiring practices. β€’ Excellent project management skills with ability to handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality. β€’ Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently.
