We strive to cultivate an environment where everyone is welcomed, and can bring their full, authentic selves into everything they do at Apeel. • The Commercial Sales Manager must have extensive experience understanding consumer needs and the retail environment, and they must have a commercial mindset and fully comprehend marketing and sales principles. • This position will report to the Vice President, Commercial EMEA, and be based ideally in Southern Spain. This position will require up to 30% travel to customer sites and retail locations domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Deep category experience in produce, grocery, retail, or related industry • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Presentation skills at the C-suite level • Experienced in data analytics and forecasting methods • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Must have the skills to create reports, presentations and manage complex spreadsheets • An analytical mind with a strategic ability • Passion for problem-solving and developing others • A can-do attitude with the ability to influence others • Adept at working with and influencing senior stakeholders (VP and above) in an advisory capacity • Fluency of retail analytics and performance metrics – and the ability to turn data insights into action • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Experience with retail panel management (Nielsen, Kantar, etc.)
