• Manage the Andalucía region focusing on Healthcare Customers. • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. • Build sustainable, profitable relationships. • Cover the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. • Foster long-term, profitable relationships by understanding customer needs and providing solutions that add value. • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals. • Lead high-level negotiations, particularly in pricing strategies and large account contracts. • Oversee sales efforts within Andalucía, including frequent customer visits to develop new opportunities. • Utilize CRM tools for planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related Life Science field. • Previous experience in a complex sales environment, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare. • IT proficiency, particularly in CRM and sales tools. • Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written). • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage large accounts. • Willingness to travel frequently within the Andalucía region. • Ability to engage in strategic conversations with customers and offer solutions that meet their specific needs.
