•Foster long-term, profitable relationships by understanding customer needs and providing solutions that add value. •Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. •Lead high-level negotiations, particularly in pricing strategies and large account contracts. •Oversee sales efforts within Andalucía, including frequent customer visits to develop new opportunities. •Utilize CRM tools for planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related Life Science field. •Previous experience in a complex sales environment, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare, highly desirable. •IT proficiency, particularly in CRM and sales tools. •Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written). •Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage large accounts. •Willingness to travel frequently within the Andalucía region.
