• Are you highly motivated, hard-working, and seeking to join a growth-focused environmental consulting & engineering firm? • Consider a career with Apex. • Powered by record sales, extraordinary client retention, strategic acquisitions, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Apex Companies is one of the fastest growing environmental consulting and engineering firms in the US. • We take pride in keeping our clients happy and have earned numerous awards for project excellence. • We continue to grow, and we want you to grow with us. • The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience of increasing responsibility, knowledge in stormwater construction management or wet utility construction management. • Candidate should possess proficiency in construction processes, comprehension of managing timelines and budgets, alongside communication skills at an advanced level. • Perform scope of work reviews with construction crews on approved stormwater construction projects. • Oversee, mentor, and manage several small construction crews. • Schedule crews, materials, vendors, and equipment for the execution of stormwater construction projects. • Maintain open and effective communication with the Regional Construction Manager. • Ensure work quality, project timelines, performance, and budgets meet expectation. • Ensure the project tracking programs are regularly updated in real time. • Assist in reviewing work completion reports. • Actively develop your own career growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in related field or the equivalent experience. • 3 to 6 years of experience in stormwater infrastructure, drainage construction, or wet utility projects. • Proficiency with MS Office suite. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. • Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices. • Valid driver's license, good driving history, and reliable transportation are required. • Experience with Deltek Vantage Point is highly desired.
