• Proven track record of at least 5 years in a leadership role within digital advertising operations, specifically focused on User Acquisition. • Expertise in managing teams and driving operational efficiency. • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, mobile apps UA and DSP platforms. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. • Technical background is preferred.
