Description

• We're Apogee, a Boldyn Networks Company, focusing on higher education IT services. • We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banner ERP Analyst. • This position involves supporting the Banner ERP system, business process analysis, and SQL scripting. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of various Banner modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience supporting a college or university using the Banner ERP system. • In-depth knowledge of Banner modules: Student, Faculty, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Financial Aid. • Strong skills in business process analysis and troubleshooting. • Proficiency in SQL scripting and report writing. • Excellent technical writing skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Experience with other ERP systems. • Knowledge of higher education administrative processes. • Certification in Banner ERP or related technologies. • Developing in PLSQL. • Experience with web services and Ethos integrations. • Web development in HTML, JavaScript, or React.
