• Monitor and oversee the journey of products from manufacturing facilities through all distribution channels. • Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery. • Analyze order, inventory, and distribution data to identify trends and potential issues. • Respond to and resolve customer complaints related to supply chain processes. • Work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and production teams to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or a related role. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer expectations effectively. • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
