We harness the intelligence of nature by creating clean, effective herbal remedies that target the root cause of health imbalances like helping to ease stress, support the gut, strengthen immunity, boost energy, and sharpen mental focus. • The role: We are seeking a seasoned marketer to join our growing team as VP of Marketing with expertise as a 360 marketer to lead and accelerate our business through this remarkable expansion. As the leader of the Marketing Department, a strategic position within our Leadership Team, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for driving the promotion of Apothékary. • This experienced individual will report directly to the Founder & CEO and serve as the primary point of contact and leader for all of our marketing and creative teams. They will also work closely with the digital and operations team to develop 360 marketing campaigns across a robust product roadmap. This is a highly visible and impactful role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

Requirements

• A BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience in marketing leadership roles will also be considered. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in multi-channel Marketing in a comparable business • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Apothékary’s values • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value at all times • A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate • Strong leadership and project management abilities • Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to work efficiently with all levels of the company and able to effectively present technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Benefits
