🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Marketing leadership experience within the luxury travel industry • Experience marketing to the travel agency community and familiarity with luxury consortium groups • Proven experience building a high-performing marketing team from scratch • Strong grasp of B2B and storytelling-based marketing • Successful track record in driving revenue through partner, co-op, and marketing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Aligned with UJV's core values: Be Humble, High Performance, We Before Me, Positive Attitude, and Do the Right Thing
