Requirements

• Initial experience in sales or customer service, ideally in B2B • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with clients • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a proactive approach to challenges • Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of digital sales channels • Fluent in German and English
