โ€ข 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. โ€ข Proven success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in the U.S. market. โ€ข Strong experience in selling SaaS solutions is a plus. โ€ข Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. โ€ข Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms. โ€ข Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and execute go-to-market strategies.
