• Oversee and be accountable for the partner marketing strategy for our core partners • Relationship management • JVP development • Content plan development and execution • Opportunity identification • Brief development • Managing stakeholder engagement and approvals • Event plan development and execution • Event contracting • Planning, logistics, and booking • Pre- and post-event budgeting • Onsite execution and support • KPI measurement and reporting • Partner marketing budget management • Building programmatic processes to manage content creation with partners • Build a content repository • Ideate and test new partner marketing approaches • Champion partners internally and externally; become an expert in the partner’s business model, technology offerings, and market • Understand and communicate marketing opportunities, trends, needs, and partner feedback to cross-functional teams • Travel to and participate in onsite events • Work with the Growth Marketing team to keep Hubspot up to date with partner marketing results.
• Seven or more years of proven corporate or agency in a partner marketing role • Minimum education includes an undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields • Fluency in spoken and written English • Proficiency with a CRM, preferably Hubspot • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Hubspot • Experienced in leading diverse internal and external groups through ideation sessions, consensus building, post-conference sessions, and overall event planning coordination • Willing to travel 2-3 times every quarter, working hours on weekends or as needed for onsite event operations • Ability to meet physical requirements, including travel, walking, working long days or hours during onsite event operations
