• Guide partners through the onboarding process • Provide training and enablement materials • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners • Monitor and track partner performance metrics • Address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations • Work closely with partners to identify business opportunities • Foster collaboration with internal cross-functional teams • Collaborate with partners to identify upsell opportunities • Maintain accurate partner data in the company’s CRM

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or similar roles in SaaS • Strong track record of driving partner success, retention, and revenue growth • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for exceeding expectations
