Description

• Customer lifecycle management focusing on customer satisfaction and success. • Building positive relationships with customers and internal resources. • Collaborate with Sales & Solutions to create customized account plans. • Leading initiatives to address challenges of product/service adoption for customers. • Manage customer health at regional level and drive post sales adoption health. • Demonstrate willingness to learn and become a customer success Leader in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer facing roles in SAAS software and consulting. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Finance, or related background preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Able to travel as much as 40%. • Demonstrated experience building effective relationships cross-organizationally. • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other EPM/BI Analytics solutions. • Excellent attention to detail. • Solutions-oriented problem-solver.
