•At Aptem we’re passionate about creating solutions that enable our customers to deliver world-class training offerings that support their learners in developing in their chosen careers. •Demand for our end-to-end SaaS solutions is ever increasing and we are continuing to expand rapidly as a business. •This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business by joining our successful sales team. •Your role in the business will be to engage our target market in a discussion about using our market leading products and solutions. •There will be lots of training and support from experienced colleagues and our uncapped commission plan will reward your appetite to learn and apply. •The role is home-based with occasional trips to our London headquarters. •For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to start your SaaS sales career. •Introducing new business sales opportunities covering the current and future Aptem product and service portfolio. •Performing against clearly defined key performance indicators. •Qualifying sales leads in line with ideal customer profile, principally by telephone, e-mail and social media.

Requirements

•Strong, professional communication skills across all channels (face-to-face, email, presentations, calls, etc.) •Can maintain clear professional verbal communication and can adapt pace and tone to their audience •Maintains good communication hygiene •Asks open and curious questions and listens to the response •Recognises that they are their own Brand, representing Aptem always •Will challenge politely the clients thinking •Is politely assertive when dealing with more challenging individuals •Experienced with engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels •Builds trusted stakeholder relationships quickly •Effectively manages stakeholder expectations •Delivers difficult messages professionally and with confidence •Ability to influence people at all levels •Demonstrates good personal organisation and close attention to detail •Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action •Good understanding of the Aptem platform, its system functionality and its outputs •Good understanding of Salesforce •Working knowledge of other Office 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
