Description

β€’ Assist the CRO with administrative needs in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. β€’ This includes: managing the calendar, scheduling, and setting up business meetings, arranging travel, and creating itineraries. β€’ Complete expense reports for identified team members. β€’ Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. β€’ Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as necessary. β€’ Help to establish processes and best practices for the office. β€’ Help coordinate office events and meetings. β€’ Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.

Requirements

β€’ Work experience in a similar office/administrative coordination role - the ideal candidate will have experience working in or supporting a sales organization (in a SaaS environment) β€’ High attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
