β€’ Create and implement sales enablement strategy β€’ Partner with sales leadership to define strategies, processes, and tools β€’ Build scalable, data-driven programs for new hire ramp-up β€’ Implement and refine enablement tools for efficient decision-making β€’ Maintain a repository of sales collateral β€’ Develop ongoing training programs for skills, product knowledge, and industry insights β€’ Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams β€’ Define KPIs and monitor program effectiveness

Requirements

β€’ Ideally, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, MBA or equivalent experience preferred β€’ 7+ years in sales enablement, operations, or a related role β€’ Strong benefits administration knowledge, sales enablement expertise, project management, CRM and data analysis skills, cross-functional collaboration β€’ Expertise in developing and executing sales enablement strategies that scale with growth
