Description

• The Aptos Foundation is seeking a diligent, proactive Community Lead to support our Head of Community. • This role is instrumental in tracking and analyzing community metrics, facilitating effective communication and events, and ensuring that community objectives are met. • Monitor and track community metrics and growth, interpreting data to understand community trends. • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports for weekly and monthly community insights. • Collaborate closely with Regional Community Managers to ensure seamless planning and execution of community events. • Keep our organizational tool, Notion, current with all upcoming events and announcements. • Facilitate introductions and connections between CMs and ecosystem projects for event organization. • Provide regular updates to the Head of Community, enabling them to offer strategic guidance. • Track and report on community OKRs to align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, operations, or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data tracking and report generation. • Proficient in using tools like Notion for organizational management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams. • Highly proactive and able to identify new opportunities for improvement without being prompted. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. • Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. • Experience with community engagement in a tech or startup environment.
