8+ yrs. Enterprise software and solution-selling experience A consistent track record of goal attainment and over-achievement Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with a can-do-attitude An exceptional communicator both verbally and written - articulate, confident, self-aware and personable Passion for technology and service. Ability to quickly learn new software. Experience in Field Service Management is a plus Experience and network in the Manufacturing and/or Medical Device industry is a plus Able to build strong working relationships and execute across multiple cultures, geographies and time zones Desire to work in a startup sales organization German native, fluent in English, an additional language is a plus Must live in Germany
