• At Aquant, we empower field service professionals to become heroes using our personalized generative AI platform, Service Co-Pilot. • As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for collaborating closely with the senior business and technology leadership at industry-leading, global companies in support of our Strategic Sales. • You will be responsible for providing guidance, and technical and functional support to prospective clients, directing and providing subject matter expertise in applying the technology/application to the client business. • You will be mentored directly by our SVP of Presales. • Responsibilities include acting as Aquant’s trusted advisor, building customized solutions, and working with various teams to deliver on client needs.
• 3-5+ years overall experience in customer-facing Enterprise sales, consulting, or similar roles at a B2B company • Optimistic outlook ready to take on new challenges with excitement • Exudes confidence and can lead C-level discussions with business and technical leaders at Fortune 100 companies • Sense of urgency and adept at time management and prioritization • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels • Ability to work both independently and collaborate with a team • Culturally sensitive and ethical • Preferred - Experience with any Service technologies such as Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceMax, ServiceNow, SAP Service Cloud, Oracle Service, IFS, or similar enterprise platforms • Lead or senior sales engineer interested in progressing and may become a head of sales engineering with succession potential (maybe didn’t manage people but have the leadership skills) • German native, fluent in English, an additional language is a plus • Must live in Germany or UK
