• Accountable for the development and execution of the marketing strategy to deliver organic growth. • Report to the Director of Business Development and manage marketing team members. • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that generates quality leads and builds brand awareness. • Develop and maintain company Web presence strategy; including digital media, social advertising, search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), mobile media and applications, customer relationship management (CRM). • Collaborate regularly with sales team to align sales and marketing objectives to generate new leads. • Perform market research and analysis for existing & potential lines of business, customer segments, and competitors. • Measure overall content effectiveness by analyzing and reporting success metrics. • Implement and track KPIs that will demonstrate marketing effectiveness. • Establish and maintain scalable processes and manage technical tools (marketing automation, CRM, etc.) to enable effective campaigns. • Stay current on market trends and incorporate innovative ideas to achieve marketing goals. • Coordinate and attend industry trade and consumer events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for IT Companies. • Experience using web analytics, SEO optimization, social media and other digital marketing tools. • Experience with growth marketing and growth hacking. • Thorough understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices. • The ability to balance strong strategic / analytic thinking with creativity. • Deep understanding of how data (including user-level data and partially identifiable data) must be captured, stored, and flowed through systems to enable multi-channel, data-driven marketing. • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. • Practical experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Web Trends.
