📋 Description

• Hapi (Data Travel, LLC) specializes in data integration for hospitality companies and their technology partners. • We help hotels adopt tomorrow’s technologies. • Our products and solutions make hospitality data actionable. • Hapi Integration Platform. • Hapi Transactional API Platform. • Hapi Data Platform. • Hapi Guest for Salesforce - a suite of hospitality CRM solutions. • Custom Solutions & Consulting. • Hapi is used today by over 7,500 hotels in over 100 countries. • Hiring an Enterprise Solution Architect to work with large accounts from ideation to activation. • Work closely with clients to define their current state and desired future state. • The objective is to create the most valuable outcomes for clients. • Create detailed data flow diagrams and document use-cases and requirements. • Work with the product management and development teams to define epics and user stories. • The person must work closely with clients to ensure solutions meet technical requirements. • Hapi is a global organization, position may be located anywhere but must work in US time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Industry-recognized certification in cloud solution architecture (e.g AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional) • Proven experience in a solution architecture or similar role within the hospitality technology industry. • Strong understanding of hospitality technology solutions (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM, booking engines, etc). • Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Experience working with sales teams and developing commercial agreements. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, etc) is a plus. • Ability to travel to attend in-person client meetings as needed (typically 3-5 days per quarter)
