Description

Hapi (Data Travel, LLC) specializes in data integration for hospitality companies and their technology partners. • Hapi is hiring a Platform Integrity Specialist to ensure our client-impacting infrastructure's ongoing health and performance and assist with internal platform configuration escalations. • This person should be located in one of America’s time zones, should expect to participate in an on-call schedule rotation, and will report to the Director of Support.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Strong familiarity with AWS products including CloudWatch, Lambda, and SQS • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and people skills • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment • Be professional, have a positive "get it done" attitude and a strong work ethic • Ability to work in U.S. hours
