•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. •Experience in CRM management (Salesforce preferred) and contract administration. •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both internal teams and external customer interactions. •Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to supporting sales and renewal activities. •Familiarity with CRM, lead management, and document management systems. •Travel to support trade shows, customer meetings, and renewals on occasion, up to 25% of the time, with flexibility for increased travel when needed for critical renewals or event support.
