Description
• ICAST (International Center for Appropriate and Sustainable Technology) is a nonprofit delivering green upgrades to affordable housing properties. • The primary functions include developing relationships with multifamily property owners and managers to deploy on-site Solar. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales activity in Salesforce.
Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience selling into the Multifamily Solar or Commercial Solar market • Knowledge of solar project development process • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM • Knowledge of utility rebate programs and federal and local tax credits and incentives • Experience selling Energy Storage • Knowledge of Energy Financing options such as PPA, PACE, EPC, EaaS • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills
