•Conduct daily inbound and outbound calls to sell services to small businesses in the home services industry (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). •Clearly communicate value propositions to potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of lead generation and marketing funnels. •Use a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and provide customized solutions. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. •Drive one-call close opportunities by persuasively presenting tailored offers that address client pain points. •Manage multiple client accounts and sales leads simultaneously while staying organized and meeting daily/weekly call targets. •Leverage CRM and digital marketing tools to track client interactions, manage leads, and keep data accurate and updated. •Navigate pricing discussions and contract negotiations to close sales efficiently and effectively. •Persistently follow up on leads, staying resilient in the face of rejection and continuing to push for conversions. •Identify and solve potential issues clients may face, offering solutions that add value and build trust.
•Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to small businesses in home service industries such as roofing, HVAC, or plumbing. •Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and their importance to contractors. •Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals in one call. •Self-motivated, with a track record of independently meeting or exceeding sales targets. •Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, and communication tools like email and texting platforms. •Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting and finding solutions for client needs. •Ability to handle rejection with resilience and persistently follow up to close sales. •Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients and leads at once. •Energetic, positive personality with a growth mindset, eager to improve and expand both personal and company success. •Proven ability to close sales efficiently, with a focus on conversion rates and consistent results.
