Description

• Responsible for sales growth and profitability through distribution channel partners worldwide. • Nurture customer relationships with various departments at Mirus. • Conduct business reviews with channel partners to align on strategy and tactics. • Develop and execute successful sales strategies for revenue growth in channel territories. • Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics or other life sciences-related, or commensurate work experience. • 5 or more years' experience working within the academic life sciences and biotech/pharmaceutical industry. • 2 or more years of proven experience in channel management and indirect sales. • 2 or more years of public speaking/presentation experience preferred. • Highly driven, proactive individual with a strong motivation to succeed and drive business growth. • Technical expertise in life science research domain preferred. • Experience with transfection, electroporation, or viral transduction workflows is a plus. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce or other) preferred. • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills. • Effective in opportunity management, problem-solving, organization. • Comfortable with setting and upholding deadlines, working in a cross-functional team setting. • Approachable, friendly personality and ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment. • Product management, marketing, or technical support experience in a life sciences company is a plus. • Ability to travel independently up to 20%, including overnight travel. • Ability to drive a vehicle; Must have current and valid U.S. driver license. • Ability to travel by air; Must have current and valid U.S. passport.
