Requirements
• 5 years of experience in technical consulting / developer roles, working in Power Platform solutions, primarily with: • Canvas Power Apps • Power Automate Flows • Model Driven Apps • Power BI • Copilot / Power Virtual Agents • Dynamics 365 CE • PCF Controls • Experience assessing Client requirements/scope and recommending appropriate solutions. • JavaScript, HTML or C# knowledge and experience working with XML resources. • Ability to work ensuring the project quality meets standards through KPI identification. • Ability to Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements. • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models • Non-technical skills include: • Familiar with the core Microsoft offerings. • Consulting experience working with external clients. • Client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan. • Implementation experience across multiple industries e.g. Health and Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications and Media, Insurance, Professional Services and Banking. • Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects desirable. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
