Description

• Provide expert knowledge on AI/ML techniques and algorithms • Lead the design and development of AI/ML models • Drive innovation using machine learning frameworks and data science techniques • Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback • Ensure applications adhere to industry standards and regulations • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Collaborate with government clients and internal stakeholders • Simplify AI/ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Advise on AI/ML strategy and implementation • Stay updated on AI/ML advancements • Drive R&D initiatives for new AI/ML models and solutions • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field • 6-10 years in AI/ML development, especially within the public sector • Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn • Strong programming in Python, R, or Java • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI) • Familiarity with AI ethics and data privacy regulations • Large-scale AI/ML implementation experience
